What if we book fewer appointments than our plan minimum?
You're billed for the minimum that month: 50 on Growth, 150 on Scale. Starter has no minimum, so it suits teams that are still testing.
Why are phone numbers and texting billed separately?
Numbers and carrier registration belong to your business, and how many you need depends on how many offices and area codes you recruit in. Most teams start with one number and one campaign: $22.50 a month after the one-time setup.
